All our prices are inclusive of GST.

4. Shipping and Delivery

- Shipping Fees: We offer a flat shipping fee for all orders within Australia. The flat fee is AU$12 per order, regardless of the order size. Free delivery is offered on purchase of AU$100 and above.

- Delivery Time: We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but typically take 3 to 5 business days.

- Shipping Restrictions: We only ship within Australia at this time.

- Risk of Loss: Title to products and risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the products to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with your order number and photographic evidence, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
